Nice company, good service. Inside the shop you see the range of their goods with price tags. We bought a used washing machine / dryer (Bosch) here. They offered us delivery and installation. Everything was done in time and without any problems

Fraud store! Sold me a defective washer, after 3 visits still couldn't fix it. Promised to replace with better machine but gave me another old, beat up machine that made loud noise & stops in the middle of the wash. The 2nd machine they replaced was just a pile of dirt, literally. After my 1st load came out \dirty & brown\, I found there is a thick layer of dirt, cat/dog hair in the machine!! I called asking for a refund, showed pictures & videos I took of the defective machineS. First they agreed to refund my money but changed their mind. The owner said he's not interested & that I had already bought the machine then hung up the phone on me. I'm taking legal actions. Don't believe in their warranty. Especially if you are a foreigner they don't give a crap.

An meinem Briefkasten steht klar und deutlich, gut lesbar und in rot \Keine Werbung\. Diese Bitte hat das Unternehmen einfach ignoriert und wirft ihren Papiermüll in meinen Briefkasten. Wer Wünsche von potentiellen Kunden schon so ignoriert, geht höchstwahrscheinlich mit echten Kunden auch nicht besser um. Daher aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
