I lived there for 4 years. It was not Nido Student before. They took over and increased the prices without adding anything new to the building or rooms (at least it was like that when I was still there) It's a shame. So don't rent a room from Nido Apartments without reading these: 1) We all know it's hard to find an apartment in Berlin and they want to take an advantage from your desperation by charging you high rents 2) They don't offer anything special in return of this. It is an average studio apartment with cheap furniture, laundry room only with three washing machines and two dryers busy all the time 3) Very far away from attractions, bars, clubs, restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the area but nothing for young people 4) Safe neighborhood in general but somebody robbed an apartment (apartment 42) when I was living there and forced some doors to get in - previous management hired a security agency but they stopped working after Nido Student 5) It has been 6 months and I am still waiting for my deposit. Everything was in good condition, we signed a paper. I communicated with them several times but they are still keeping my deposit. As a result: I know it's easier to rent an apartment with Nido Students, I understand you are very tired of searching apartments but don't choose them, choose another agency.
Super gratefull to Nido Student because they helped me after 3 years getting my Money back from the old Company, 22 Twenty first.
