Customer is not king here. I Requested for an E class test drive for months. I also called for update several time but after several calls to dealer without returned calls as promised. I took my business to Lexus where i was treated like a customer. I think they look down on potential cstomer here if you are not dressed in suit. Its sad that they are the only autorised Mercedes Benz dealer in Bielefeld because I really wanted an E class saloon but i couldn't stand there customer service. Unbelievably the worst or nothing
