**Note: this review is Bellezza in Königstein** Sadly, I left your salon in tears...and worse, my daughter had to see me cry. I signed up online for a cut & color. I had no idea (because you failed to mention) that you were doing “extra” treatments that would total 297 euros! I’ve been 4 times to Bellezza in Wiesbaden and they NEVER did this to me. The cost was always as advertised, no surprises. Your price was more than double what I've ever been charged because of services I didn't request. To add insult to injury, there was something you did leave off the bill, the Tuesday 20% discount. This (almost) made me laugh. Really? I hadn’t been in a salon since January because of the pandemic. Can’t believe I’m saying this but, I wish I would have stayed home. After today, I'm happy and ready to embrace gray...and the wisdom that accompanies.

Ich habe meine Haare mit Philipp Morris färben lassen. Das Konzept hinter dieser Marke gefällt mir außerordentlich gut. Keine Tierversuche, umweltfreundlich und es enthält keine Giftstoffe. Besonders freue ich mich auch über den kostenlosen Kaffee. Der Salon ist hell und freundlich.
