It’s well organised. There are a lot of spots for reading/studying: good thing is that the tables are single so you won’t be bothered by your neighbour! :) Usually open till midnight, if you’re planning to read/study you’ll be allowed in only with transparent bags and transparent water bottles (no tumblers). There are lockers right after the entrance and also a cafeteria.

One of the best libraries in Munich. Comfortable, quiet, spacious, closes at midnight, and opens almost every day. Quite busy during weekend mornings. Might have to come early to get a place if it's exam dates.
My first time there today. I was picking up books my daughter ordered for school, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very spacious place for studying. But you must lock your stuff in lockers including heavy jacket, which is quite inconvenient..
The women at the entrance counter should be more polite to people who came here for the first time
