A few of my packets came to this warehouse by a mistake. The head of warehouse unauthorizedly took them over (there was my name on the parcels - parcels werent intended for this company). I then kindly asked owner if it would be possible to send me that parcels. I got a reply that he will let me know. I wrote another emails from then, but there is no response. In short, this company hold my parcels and refuses to release them.
