During our visit we had some issues with our car. This official Mercedes Benz dealer helped us out in a very quick and good way. Top notch service, friendly staff, fair price and nice garage. Very comfortable when you need to wait with good free coffee and other drinks and they also offered taxi (free of charge) to bring us back to the hotel. Difficult to find such a service and quick repair time in the Netherlands! Gut Gemacht!!!!

We agreed with this dealer to buy a car. Then the dealer - Mr. Jorg Binder - asked us to send some documents to finish the deal. After sending him the documents he told us the car was already sold to another customer. Very unprofessional! This is not what you expect from a Mercedes dealer.

We are very happy to share with others our experience. We are not from Germany and this was our first experience when buying a car from abroad. We searched the car on mobile.de, messaged the dealer and then tested the car. The comunication with the dealer was great. We talked a lot with Mr. Fadi Khalil on e-mail or on the phone. It’s a very organised person, very responsive, had a lot a patience with us, and trust me, we had a lot of questions ) He explained all the steps that we should do. After signing the contract for the car we received all documents well organised in a folder. The car was like new, in a very good condition and we had no issues with it. The dealer also helped us to pack and change the summer tires with the winter tires. I really recommend this dealer and most of all I recommend Mr. Fadi Khalil, it’s such a great person to work with. The hard part was to find a very good car that met our expectations , the easy part was after we contacted Mr. Fadi Khalil and signed the paperwork for the car. Thank you for this great experience.
