We've been waiting for the taxi for almost 1 hour. The employee on the phone doesn't speak english, instead they started shouting on the phone something in german at the speed you normally only hear in rap songs. Drivers at night turns into some beasts and drive in one way streets and on the sidelines. Hell on earth

Slow but reliable
The most insane taxi experience in weatern europe, ever. We went from Denmark to Offenburg, where we hired a taxi at the station. The driver started the trip by asking if we wanted the short route or the fast. That was in the middle of the night, so we didn't get off at that point. Normally I would have gone off by such a silly question. It's like they do in India or Russia. He made a Uturn and then he drove for more than an hour and through very slow roads. The trip should have taken 1/2 hour. It ended up by costing 131 Euro... The Company claims that we didn't get on the taxi in Offenburg, but in Baden baden, which explains the raveltime, but it's simply not true. He even sent me a GPS map, that shows NO STOP IN OFFENBURG. But we were there. My son made a Snap chat there, but it's gone. What is that? Is that normal in Germany?
Horrible service
Einfach vergessen! Beim Krankentransport wurde meine Mutter - trotz vereinbarter Wartezeit - einfach an der Klinik vergessen. Andere Fahrer haben ihr geraten, sie solle doch ein Taxi nehmen. Dies ist innerhalb einer Woche zweimal passiert und es hat nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für sie gegeben. So geht man nicht mit schwerkranken Menschen um!
Rude fahrer leuchtet taxi lichter auf diners - ignoriert die aufforderung, lichter auszuschalten - gibt finger.
Fahrer fährt längere Strecke , obwohl er auf die Strecke hin gewissen wurde. Seine Antwort war: Navi sagt. Preis entsprach nicht der Angabe. Für mich ist das Abzocke. Da wir diese Strecke schon zwei mal mit diesen Taxiunternehmen fuhren. Preis war zwischen 18-20 und diesmal 30,10. Also Achtung
