Organized and modern-looking skin clinic. My experience there was overall good (not impressive but good nonetheless). Came here because my newborn had a really bad skin condition. My only wish is for the doctor to be able to communicate the skin condition to us (first-time parents) better - that would have made us feel more at ease and relax. It's only natural that we were sceptical and cautious as we had never have to deal with something like this before. It felt as if she assumed we would not be able to understand much (or perhaps she had difficulty describing the reasoning/next steps/etc in layman's terms) and therefore only gave us a very brief definition of what the diagnosis is all about (which we already knew from reading into it but was hoping for more from a doctor to help keep our minds at ease). Whichever it was, I hope the doctor would try their best at keeping the patients as well-informed as possible. I believe the more informed a patient is, the better he/she is at making an informed decision about any treatment he/she required, and that would also keep one's mind more at ease and convinced.

I had a wonderful experience at Hautmedizin Bad Soden and would highly recommend the clinic. It was refreshing to receive such a friendly, professional and efficient service from the point of making my appointment all the way through to the care I received during and after my appointment. I felt reassured and informed by the doctor who treated me, as well as the skin specialist who recommended very effective skin treatments.

I called for an appointment this morning but denied because they said \we don't take new patients.\ and \you go find a doctor near your address.\ Yes, I would if I could. The fact that I had an 'Überweisung' saying that I should be examined of Melanom apparently didn't bother them much. The receptionist on the phone wasn't service-minded and had a lack of empathy. I wouldn't go to this place before I bought me a private health insurance! German health system simply went wrong. No clinic prefers 'gesetzlich versichert'. Either good doctors go work abroad to earn a better living or stay home taking private patients forgetting essencial professional ethics, sad!!!

I had a great experience with Hautmedizin Bad Soden and Dr Fells. Everyone in the practice was helpful and for the most part, they all speak a sufficient amount of English if that is your best way of communicating. I would recommend the practice to anyone
