We rented a bow as a beginner, we received a bow that was not working properly. 2 days before we had to bring back the bows we got an email very late and because we weren't able to bring back the bows within those days we got a penalty of 17 euros ridiculous considering the fact that we rent the 2 bows for 120 euro for 6 months
