Such unfriendly staff. Came here with the intent to buy a stroller and car seat however nobody really took the time to help us or explain anything and interaction was avoided. They have a corona measurement where you take this alarm thing inside so they can see how many customers are inside, however they don't explain when you walk out where you need to leave it. Lady at the cashier just shouted at us that we put it in the wrong place and then we left. Went to Baby profi in Bocholt after this where we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff. Even though Babyone is closer to our home if I need something else I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Babyprofi in Bocholt instead. Really happy with their service and the stroller I bought from Babyprofi. Really don't recommend Babyone if you need any assistance in your shopping process.

Always use this place for stuff for the little one. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always helps when the staff can reccomend products and try before you buy. I will definatly be back!!

unfriendly personel. it is not appreciated to try the strollers and prams. How do they expect that you spend over 1000euro on a pram if you can't even try it...

Als ich heute in Kleve im Markt war, stand an der Kasse eine Verkäufer.. so hübsch. Wusste nicht was ich sagen sollte. Blond.. ein Blick zum dahin schmelzen.. Echt der Knaller.

Bisher konnten wir uns immer verlassen. Egal ob es um Beratung oder Service Leistung ging. Ein Grund warum wir vor allem bei größeren Anschaffungen gerne bereit sind etwas mehr zu bezahlen als im Internet. Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner und muss sich nicht selber mit dem Händler auseinandersetzen, wenn mal etwas nicht so funktioniert wie es sollte. Kein lästiges hin und her schicken Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zum shoppen
