Highly NOT recommended. They cheat individuals. I had to be at the garage almost 6-7 times after I bought the car. Each time different problem. The dealer promised me a extra tyre before the purchase. But didn’t put it when I got the car. then after 100 of calls, with no response I had to take a guy who speak German well. The car had timing belt issue, shocks issues, breaks issue. Repair is even worse. Whenever I got they found some new problem. They guy at the garage also told me that they can change the KM of any car. The card which I bought was at 60.000 km (I am not sure it was correct or not). Secondly when I test the car It has rear sensors but when I got the car it was not there. I am not even sure if got the same car which I tested. Sorry for the bad words Autohaus Bernd Siegle GmbH . But everything what I have said is 100% correct. If you want to check just contact me.

Before I write this review I would like to say that I have purchased a number of cars, both used and brand new in different countries. And even with a brand new car, you can experience problems after the purchase, which is something that has happened to me before. Of course with a brand new car the likely hood that the issues are fixed without any questions asked are higher. But at the end of the day, buying any car involves some luck, and it helps if you understand cars so you can pin point problems during your test drive. We purchased a 2014 Volkswagen golf variant from Autohaus Siegle this winter and received it in excellent condition and did not face any issues with it. But spring came about and on a hot sunny day we turned on the air conditioning and found that it was not working. We were a little bummed out since there was no way we could have tested this during our test drive when it was snowing outside. We made an appointment to bring the car back for inspection and they found that there was an issue with our compressor. Another appointment was made for us to bring back the car when the workshop had the necessary spare parts for the repair, and the issue was resolved for us at no charge. The whole experience was handled very professionally and at no point did anyone try to avoid us or trick us into paying for the repairs. The staff here are very friendly and some of them speak great English, so if you like me, have just moved here and are looking for a trustworthy dealership, I would recommend Autohaus Siegle without a doubt. Great job and thank you guys!

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Autohaus. Habe mir In dem Autohaus einen Neuwagen konfigurieren lassen und wurde wirklich sehr gut beraten und bin auch jetzt nach dem Kauf sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.Die Werkstatt macht ihre Arbeit hervorragend. Beratung und Service ist wirklich sehr sehr gut. Das Personal ist auch wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Ich kann dieses Autohaus und natürlich auch die Werkstatt und alle Mitarbeiter in den höchsten Tönen loben ! Klasse und weiter so !
