Thank your for your professionalism and great service! I can only recommend this garage and especially Mr. Kleim Christoph who was extremely arranging and able to diagnose an issue with the airbags and the locking system of a door on my VW van. My judgement about the SEAT Team in Heisterstraße is positive for these reasons: - the staff is very professional and smiling (also at 07.00 am); - they arranged my appointments for buying a car and car inspection by mail, avoiding calls and signing paper for the required extra services; - the queue was managed quickly, and they offered an espresso to me and the other 2 customers; - they told me that was possible to rent a car or to receive a free ride to my office; - I rented a car and it was ready in few minutes; - they got me back the car with the required extra services in the time agreed; - when I am asking an info via mail or What's Up the answer is always arriving in a couple of hours. - they can provide the service in German, English and Italian. Thank you very much Madame Lebedev, Mr Saponaro and Mr Kienlein.
