After suffering some of the horrendously bad, snotty "service" from other Audi dealerships in the Bonn area, this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Friendly staff, honest mechanics who don't deny some of the technical short comings of Audi and great service overall. Can only recommend it and will keep it as my provider of choice as long as I drive the A4 I currently have.

Just bought a car at Auto Thomas. Working on the sale with mr.Patrick Quednau, who is a younger salesman,probably my age, made me feel really comfortable and easy to talk to. He replied fast to my e-mails and gave me all the information I wanted to have. My experience with then was really good and professional at the highest standards!! The place looks very boring and old-fashioned especially for a brand like Audi. Not much light, a bit cluttered... But the salesman was super helpful and well trained in what's new on the cars. Took his time even though he knew I would get the car from another key accounts manager who wasn't there.

Sharing my personal experience, got my car delivered yesterday. There is a solid reason for taking one star off the review, i will give a reason why: day 1, I went to the used car, there was super arrogant and very rude sales person in used car section, i almost walked away, he very rudely said so "i will not see your face again?" I guess he realized that i am very uncomfortable with his behavior... i promised him i will come back tomorrow. Day 2: i went again after looking at their stock on web portal, this time i was lucky and met another sales rep from used car Mr. Murat. This guy was perfect in dealing, made sure i am comfortable and gave the best, above and beyond service, the data available on the cars are quite transparent, it took me literally 15mins to finalize the car. Took me few weeks to transfer, because of my traveling schedule... but that other sales rep (1st one) was not done with me, i had to go in again for some documentation, while my assigned sale rep wasn't there... he was again questioning me like he works for police or IRS. So if you're reading this to buy a used car, look for guy call Murat he speaks fairly good English. Recommendation for Auto thomas management, to improve customer service quality there should be a survey, it will only improve the business and customer satisfaction.
