Best service ever. I am from Croatia and have bought used KTM 790 Duke with powerparts from Auto Leebmann GmbH. It was a long process due to nature of my work but Mr. Daniel Alex with whom I have been in contact from start to finish has offered exceptional service throughout entire process. They have kept bike form me more than 3 month with 1000 euro deposit until I was able to complete purchase. Mr. Daniel has kept me informed about the status of the bike all the time and has been sending me photos how power parts have been installed. Due to tax law regulation in Croatia unfortunately I had to pay tax again ( bike had 1600 km and is than considered as new bike which was shock and unpleasant surprise for me) for which I already payed in Germany but again Mr. Daniel and Auto Leebmann have shown exceptional customer service and returned me tax payed in Germany. I can strongly recommend Mr. Daniel and Auto Leebmann to anybody who is planing to do business with them as from my experience they are really awesome store who take care of their customers. I will be doing business with them in future that is for sure and wish them all the best in future. Auto Leembmann and Mr. Daniel Alex great job please keep it up in future. Kind Regards Josip

Rode from Prague to Passau to have a tyre change, and also replace the chain and sprockets. Staff was pleasant to deal with, and they were reliable and transparent on costs. Really happy with the service. Only reason I do not give five stars was because that level of service comes at a fair old price!

I went there first as I moved to Germany, just after a few weeks, and my German was not that good. Nevertheless, they were able to answer me in English, which was nice. It's not unommon in Germany but worth noticing. I went back one year later to buy my dream bike, an S1000RR. Even though my German was good enough at that time, I still asked if we could do it in english, as it was a lot of money and I wanted to be sure during the whole process, which we did. They offered me a good price for my CB600F at that time and a good deal on the purchase of the S1000RR. So, I was more then satisfied. I went back several times on divers occasions and it was always nice. Each time they asked me how I was doing and how was the bike. It is really a great feeling when the people spontaneously talk to you. Overall a great place that I strongly advise to visit.

Grundsätzlich möchte ich nun endlich mal dem Honda-Team ein großes Lob aussprechen! Die Mitarbeiter im Verkauf, im Service und die Techniker leisten erstklassige Arbeit! Sie sind stets freundlich und zuvorkommend über damit weit über das übliche Maß hinaus. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Basti Fuchs! Seine Begeisterung bei der Arbeit überträgt sich rasch auf den Kunden. Er bleibt immer sachlich und ist auch fachlich topfit. Jetzt bin ich aber mal auf die Umsetzung seiner geplanten \Winteraktivitäten\ gespannt! Macht weiter so!
