Worst handling with documents and delivery of a car i've met in years. Failed to deliver car on time, documents and delayed the whole process. Besides it appears that when the person that sold you the car is away no one cares about any subject. A brand should inspire more trust in their clients, but with this dealership you would be better if you go so somewhere else.

I purchased A5 with Thang Nguyen, everything was prepared and delivered on time, the car is perfect, service and support were very good from Mr Thang so I looking forward to dealing with him in the future. I am from Hamburg so around my place is a few Audi dealers but I just wasted my time with them... I highly recommend Thang for anybody who is purchasing Audi in this area.
