Hello , I bought an Audi Q7 , 49.400 euro , on 25.08.2020 from this dealer . Everything went well , negotiation , the car ok after all . This Q7 has entertainment system ( 2 tablets ) , when i arrived home i have seen that 1 tablet has malfunction . I send email to Mr Bacas , since the car has dealer warranty , to tell him about tablet and make it work ! I received the answer : \ tablet no warranty part !!! \ . As a Big Dealer as you are ( Audi Berlin ) , your customer must know that he will buy a faulty car !!! I am waiting an answer from you , so you must make my tablet work ! Now i made account for Audi Conect , and see that i have to buy license for this . ( WHY AUDI ??? ) , SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR WITH THIS SYSTEM ! I really liked Mr Bacas , but i don't understand this behaviour , not to answer to my email anymore . I sent him email on 13.10.2020 and 21.10.2020 , but no answer ! Kind regards
