We are sending this email to thank you and your company for the fantastic service we received while we were staying with our son in Munich last week. We had had a problem with one of our tyres and called in to your Triebstraße branch for urgent help as we were due to drive back to the UK the following day. We were dealt with by Alexander who was able to assist us, not least by speaking very good English as opposed to my wife’s “school girl” German. Your mechanic soon diagnosed the fault, which was a cracked rim, along with a fault on another tyre. The replacement parts were quickly found, our car repaired and was returned to us within two days. We were both very impressed with the professional service we received and would like to thank Alexander for his kindness and for making the situation less stressful for us. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! This place is a money pit hole. We took our car for a "minor" problem with a tire that was losing air. At first they found nothing, and basically told us that we were delusional. We paid 21 EUR for this. One week later, we had the same problem and we took our car there again, thinking that maybe there would be a guarantee. Unluckily for us, this time they did discover what the problem was, and they charged us 68 EUR, on top of the 21 EUR we had already paid. So, long story short.... a total of 89 EUR paid, just for a valve change in our rear left tire. A total rip off! Avoid these crooks at all costs!
Unfriendly, lying staff. Massive advertisement offering 19% off certain items. We purchased one of the included items only to be told it isn't included, although their own advertisement specifically states that it is eligible for 19% discount. Manager then proceed to lie and threaten me. Never again.
Stay away! Unknowledgeable, impolite and unprofessional staff. Depending on who talks to you, you get different information, which in the best case means a waste of time and in the worst, a waste of money. Horrible customer service.

We went there to change our tyres. We also needed to fix our front headlight. I was surprised on how helpful and professional the guys at atu were. I'll always go there.
