NIE WIEDER! Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie man als Verkaufspersonal so unhöflich, arrogant, von oben herab und desinteressiert sein kann!!! Und es handelt sich nicht um eine Ausnahme, oder ein erstes Mal - es ist ausnahmslos immer so - JEDES MAL!! Wenn ich Null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun!
