Sie finden bei mir im Garnelen Online Shop eine große Auswahl Garnelen wie z.B. Amano Garnelen, Red Fire Garnelen, Crystal Red / Red Bee Garnelen, Black Bee Garnelen, Tigergarnelen und viele anderen Garnelen Arten mehr.Auch führe ich im Garnelen Online Shop Zwergflußkrebse, Schnecken, Wasserpflanzen (auch in vitro) und viel Zubehör rund um Nano Aquarien für die Garnelenhaltung. Ich bevorzuge "Deutsche Nachzucht Garnelen" DNZ, da diese oftmals deutlich stabiler sind als Importtiere. Dies wirkt sich mehr oder wenig auch auf meine Garnelenpreise aus. Es wäre für mich ein einfaches boxenweise Tiere zu bestellen und günstig "durchzuschieben" zu Ihnen - meinen Kunden. Es gibt jedoch deutliche Vorteile bei DNZ Garnelen: sie sind gesund und stabil - immer. Auch bin ich gerne in Facebook und Foren unterwegs. Ich möchte dort nicht erklären müssen warum bei meinen Garnelen dieses oder jenes nicht so ist wie es sein sollte. Nicht falsch verstehen: Importiere sind wichtig! Kommen so doch neue Arten zu uns nach Deutschland herein. Jedoch gehört auch eine gewisse Verantwortung dazu eine Box mit Tieren die nicht in Ordnung ist nicht anzubieten - was bei Discount Preisen schwierig ist.

Hit and run strategy. Shipment arrived with many deaths. They packed it poorly and even had the heat pack touching one of the shrimp bags which resulted in the most deaths. The next day more deaths as the shrimps were already worn out by the bad shipping conditions. Less than a third survived. Tried many times to contact fullsupport email, but they took over 10 days to reply hiding behind their no responsibility clause link, followed by "you understand this?". Although they said they would pack well.... full support is more like bad & rude support. The shrimps that made it were not to specs. as written on their website. Example: Black rose was blue & brown, and some of the sizes were baby small. It felt like I was sent their culls. Definitely feel cheated. I tried repeatedly, but they just continue to ignore emails, and not try to communicate and resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I got a 5x7cm net of Phönix Moos ... yes the net was 5x7 cm but it had no more than 40% of the surface covered by it. Its a Joke! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE AFTER THE COMMENTARY OF THE OWNER. I was contacted by the support team and I went in an interchange of 9 mails, where the sentence "WE ARE SORRY that our product..." (or something like that) was NEVER mention but the support... but they were telling me that my way of reviewing were "bad style", that they are not machines, that error happens, between other subjects. After that I was sent a replacement product that was almost as sad as the first one. For you to have an idea of my complain I add a picture of what I ordered (9.95 ), what I got the first time, what I got the second time and what I got in another internet shop for 13... thats a difference, ne? As closure my evaluation is... product is not satisfactory, the image in the product page does not represent what you will really get , you can way more product for you money in other shops and the customer support, will not apologize but at least will try to improve the situation... so from 1 to 2 stars.

Ich war etwas skeptisch, ob ein Glas Aquarium den Postversand übersteht. Aber alles war super verpackt und sehr schnell geliefert! Das Becken macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, Silikonnähte alle gut abgezogen. Die Pflanzen sind ebenfalls von sehr guter Qualität.

Ich habe schon oft bei Tom eingekauft. Ich muss sagen ich bin immer wieder begeistert. Die letzten Garnelen die ich bestellt habe sind alle gesund und munter angekommen ohne Ausfälle auch Tage danach alles TOP. Selten so einen gut informierten Garnelenfreund erlebt der wirklich auf so gut wie alles eine richtige Antwort hat man merkt das Tom seinen Job zu 100% liebt :) danke für das gute Fachwissen was Sie an den Mann bringen

Der Bestellprozess ist gut, der Versand schnell und Zuverlässig. Die bestellten Tiere kamen gut verpackt und lebend an. Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen und ich bin absolut zufrieden. Ich habe keine Kritikpunkte.

Egal was ich bis jetzt bestellt habe, es war immer alles wunderbar. Tolle gesunde Pflanzen, fitte Tiere. Immer viele Junge dabei, so dass man lange Freude hat. Auch sämtliche anderen Waren immer ohne Beanstandung. Das Hauseigene Futter wird wunderbar angenommen. Ich bleibe bei diesem Shop!
