Our organic manufactory lies in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by this unique landscape. We process and refine mainly regionally grown seeds and raw materials to first-class organic cooking oils, organic nutrition oils and organic vinegars. Since 2004 we produce certified organic edible oils at our family-run Allgäu oil mill. We work in a resource-conserving manner and are "slow"​ in the production - we leave the oils with the pressing time, in order to create an optimal, full-bodied and taste-incomparable product. The residues produced during pressing are processed into high-quality, protein-containing flours, thus offering the modern, health-oriented kitchen a precious variety.
