i have buy a german sim card. Very satisfying. Mobile phone setup worked great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is shop has the rudest staff member. He does not care for any customer service and would rather take peoples money and sell them a product that is not fit for purpose. When discussed with the guy in the shop he said its not his problem and he does not care. Despite trying to reason with him he said the store is shutting soon and to come back when he is not there as he does not want to help. Rude, unhelpful, arrogant and quite honestly does not care. Was contacted by owner who wanted to rectify the issue. He apologised and said the member staff is not normally customer facing and is normally in the office. However he apologised and issued a refund.

Die Öffnungszeiten steht anders im Internet und in Geschäft ist eine andere Öffnungszeiten. Bitte die Öffnungszeiten aktualisieren, nicht dass die Leute kommen und ihr seid schon zu. Bitte sparte euch die leute zeit. Es ist nicht so tragisch aber wäre gut!!! Auch für die 4 anderen Geschäfte. Danke!

Nachdem ich in den Laden gegangen war, um Ratschläge zu einem tragbaren Ladegerät zu erhalten, hatte ich einige Probleme mit einem unhöflichen Mitarbeiter. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Ladenbesitzer konnten wir die Situation jedoch korrigieren. After going into the store for some advice on a portable charger I had a few issues with a member of staff who was rude. However after having a discussion with the owner of the store we were able to rectify the situation.

Sehr gute Filiale. Sehr freundliches personal. Ich kann jedem nur raten bei Interessen an Handys und Tablets oder einfach nur bei Fragen rund um Handys, Sim-Karten und sonstiges dort hinzugehen. Außerdem großes Lob an den Mitarbeiter, der sich für mich viel Zeit und Geduld genommen hat und trotzdem sehr fürsorglich, respektvoll und steht's freundlich mit mir umgegangen ist, ein echt 1A Arbeiter. 5 * auf alle Fälle.
