Overall terrible service. The product was advertised as in stock when i purchased in november and said will be delivered in december. Only after buying it did they say that the product needs to come in to available stock for them, this took a further 2 months. In january said said its now in stock and will dispatch. But every week in january there was a delay with sending the order out. I understand covid can have an impact, that is why i have been waiting since november. I have been waiting since November for this product. You can’t just simply cancel the order after this long!! That is extremely unfair and a ridiculous outcome honestly. Also to mention I have now lost money on the euro to pounds conversion as well! I have waited 3 months for this, now have nothing from yourselves and have lost money! Shocking service, I don’t understand why you can’t use another delivery company that will ship to the UK, I know it is possible as I have had other orders come from other countries including Germany to the UK.

Picked up our bumper for a VW camper today at the depot in Ahlen. DPD parcel service failed to deliver it to us near Hamburg. The order was placed in May and the part was ready only by the middle of July. When I went to the warehouse, I was welcomed and a staff member quickly brought the bumper to me. It is exactly what I ordered so I'm very happy to get it after all these weeks!
