During the COVID-19 era, having a certain number of people in a building is understandable. It is normal to have to wait until there is room to get into a building. But having to wait in line to get in one of the pools once inside is just plain bad handling of the current situation. It is even worse when you have to wait for all the pools except for the one that filled well beyond it's posted capacity. On top of all that, the price for entrance is the same. Will not be going back.

Lovely place. The natural swimming pool is so refreshing and clean, with lots of little fish to keep you company. The indoor pools are very well kept as well. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes and drinks and the prices are reasonable. Very much recommended!
Fantastic swimming pool included with the ski pass. Nice warm outdoor hot tub, lazy river and slide. Also features a cooler main pool that can be used for doing lengths.
Big waterpark with outdoor and indoor pool with sauna and steam room!
Weakest therme from the lots I'd visit. Crowdy pools and saunas

Nice sauna and spa! Should have 1 H card for camper...like the one in Pfronten!
Lovely place to take your kids. Been here twice in winter and love it.
