I honestly must say that I did not expect Aachen to have a Restaurant at the level of sophistication as I have experienced at the Estor. When I moved away in the 90s you wouldn't even find a sushi place. The food was exotic and displayed a unique mix of flavors where every bite was a new and pleasing surprise.
